Misson: The mission for this role is to source candidates for recruitment and execute the recruitment process efficiently to filter candidates who can fit in well.
|1||CV SCREENING: carry out screening of resume for different position using the Internal process. Improvise time during the process of candidate to interview process.|
|2||CANDIDATE FACILITATION: Influence candidate during the process to have candidate leave positive experience mark after the process is over.|
|3||SCHEDULE INTERVIEWS WITH STAKEHOLDERS: Reduce # of hours of stakeholders for candidate screening & interview process|
|4||COLLECT FEEDBACK: Actively collect feedback from candidate & interviewer to suggest improvements & act on those improvements|
|5||CONTRIBUTE TO TEAM: Goal of HR team is to reduce the cycle time from Job opening request to joining. Recruiter if expected to contribute to this cycle by reducing the time of this process|
