Talent Acquisition Analyst

Misson: The mission for this role is to source candidates for recruitment and execute the recruitment process efficiently to filter candidates who can fit in well.

1 CV SCREENING: carry out screening of resume for different position using the Internal process. Improvise time during the process of candidate to interview process.
2 CANDIDATE FACILITATION: Influence candidate during the process to have candidate leave positive experience mark after the process is over.
3 SCHEDULE INTERVIEWS WITH STAKEHOLDERS: Reduce # of hours of stakeholders for candidate screening & interview process
4 COLLECT FEEDBACK: Actively collect feedback from candidate & interviewer to suggest improvements & act on those improvements
5 CONTRIBUTE TO TEAM: Goal of HR team is to reduce the cycle time from Job opening request to joining. Recruiter if expected to contribute to this cycle by reducing the time of this process

Role description:

  • The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of HR recruiters can be further broken down by daily job duties, which include:
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

Role Description :

  • Be a core part of Client Relationship Building; Meet clients to build and sustain relationships
  • Take regular feedback from client on product, services and performance
  • Take care of all Client Communication

Role Description:

  • Be responsible for all performance-based marketing engagements on DoubleClick platform (Display & Video 360/ DBM & Search 360) and achieve advertiser client’s campaign objectives
  • Build digital marketing roadmap & proposals involving DV 360 for clients which includes awareness & acquisition campaigns, remarketing campaigns, app installs and video branding, etc.
  • Perform client account management responsibilities associated with display/ TrueView/ video/ search campaigns by structuring campaigns, IOs, Line Items, ad groups on DV 360 platform and reporting
  • Monitor account daily and monthly budget caps, campaign pacing, lost bidding, impression share, quality score, keyword bids, and other important account metrics and carry out optimization strategies to improve performance
  • Utilize Google Analytics audience and other 1st party tag based/ activity-based audience in remarketing campaigns, contextual, keywords & apps/URLs based targeting in acquisition campaigns
  • Strong comprehension of all types of display advertising methodologies on DV 360; Well versed with buying media through direct publisher deals, open auctions and programmatic guaranteed deals
  • Working knowledge of creating different ad tags/ floodlight tags in Campaign Manager (DCM) for tracking campaign conversions, audience activity, deep linking and reporting CM’s attribution model performance
  • Provide support to creative design team with ideas for creative copy and graphical ad templates including VAST, Rich Media, HTML 5, static display creatives
  • Knowhow to run dynamic display campaigns using product feed on DV 360

Assistant Manager (Accounts) – Exp: 4+ years

Role description:

  • Make tally entries for all kinds of payments and receipts.
  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information in Tally.
  • Record all expenses made by Tatvic with essential supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with the External Consultant for TDS and other compliances.
  • Ensure timely statutory adherence for all tax related compliances.
  • Coordinate with the bank for payments.
  • Keep a check on the bank for balance.
  • Finalization of ledgers at year end.
  • Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Preparing tax return and financial statements of the company
  • Calculation and payment of taxes including GST and TDS on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis as per requirement

Assistant Manager Legal – Exp: 3+ years

Role description:

  • To act as an owner of company’s IP assets such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, brand names (registrations & renewals)
  • Prepare & send legal notices to clients / IP infringers, filing of legal or civil case against debtors defaulting payments,
  • Coordination with Legal consultant / liasioning agencies in other countries for legal cases, disputes resolutions and preparation of contracts with travel agents as per local laws.
  • Provide Counsel and Assistance to IT Department on software licensing, anti-infringement and anti-piracy compliances
